What is on it
Who to call in the first hour, the first day and the first week.
Ordered by when each call would be made, not by how important the person is, because on the day those are different things. Print it, fill it in with a pen, and put it where the other person would look first.
Two more pages come with it: all twelve section titles, and the start of section two, the documents that get asked for first.
Why it is free
Because it is the best section to judge the book by. If it is useful, the other eleven are laid out the same way and cost $14. If it is not, you have spent ten minutes and your family has a page it should have anyway.
Nothing you write comes back to us
The page is a PDF on your own machine and a sheet of paper in your own house. Nothing typed or written on it is sent anywhere. The only thing we hold is the address you asked us to send it to, and the page is stamped with it so the copy is plainly yours.
